  • We schedule a drop-off or appointment and run diagnostics.
  • You get an estimate and timeline before any work starts.
  • After approval, we repair, test, and confirm everything is stable.
For product orders
  • Choose what you need (or ask us to verify compatibility first).
  • Pay securely through Stripe at checkout or via invoice.
  • We ship with tracking once the order is fulfilled.
  • If something arrives wrong/damaged, we’ll fix it quickly.

Policies
Shipping & returns
Shipping: Orders ship within the U.S. Most items ship within 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. Delivery speed depends on the carrier and destination.

Returns: Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened consumables (ink/toner) are generally non-returnable unless defective on arrival. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Repair terms
Estimates: We provide an estimate after diagnostics. Work begins only after approval. If special-order parts are required, we confirm price and ETA before ordering.

Data: We recommend keeping backups. While we take precautions, we aren’t responsible for data loss caused by existing drive failure, corruption, or malware. We can help set up reliable backups going forward.
Payments
Card payments are processed through Stripe. We don’t store full card numbers. Some repairs may require a deposit (applied to the final total) when parts must be ordered or time-intensive work is scheduled.
Privacy
We collect basic customer information (name, email, phone, address, order/service details) to fulfill orders and provide support. We do not sell personal information. Payment details are handled by Stripe. You can request an update or deletion of your contact info by emailing support.
Chargebacks & disputes
If there’s an issue, contact us first — most problems are resolved quickly. We keep records (order confirmations, tracking, written repair approvals) to help resolve disputes fairly and accurately.
